Port Ellen 40-Year-Old

For a bit of history from a distillery that is no longer open, get your hands on the Port Ellen 40-year-old. It is one of the oldest and rarest releases from the Port Ellen distillery. This whisky offers a blend of nine casks of original Port Ellen stock, in four American oak hogsheads and five European oak butts. There are only 1,380 bottles of this release available to the public!

Dalmore 62 Single Highland Malt Scotch

Coming from a distillery built by Alexander Matheson back in 1839 and considered as one of the world’s most expensive whiskeys ($58,000 for a bottle), this is undoubtedly one of the most premium and exclusive whiskeys in the world. Only 12 bottles were released of it in 1942 in honour of Matheson, Dalmore Distillery’s Founder, so finding it could be extremely difficult.

Springbank 50-Year-Old 1919

Described as one of the rarest single malts ever distilled and once listed in the Guinness Book of World Records as one of the most expensive whiskies to ever be sold, this 50-year-old bottle is currently not available on The Whisky Exchange, but is definitely one to keep an eye out for – a remarkable museum piece of whisky history!
