Giorgi Shonia Shares How to Turn Your Passion Into a Successful Career

My name is Giorgi Shonia. I have been working with technology and crypto for many years. My journey began as a passionate young enthusiast, and today, I lead companies that are redefining digital transformation and secure crypto trading.

The journey started when I was only 14, and nobody knew who Giorgi Shonia was. Driven by a fascination with cybersecurity and technology, I began building my portfolio and experimenting with digital tools. Hard work soon paid off, and by the time I was 17, I was already working as a full-stack developer on international projects. I was actively serving markets in the United States and Europe. At 21, I founded Moncero, a Swiss-based company that now employs more than 80 talented individuals who share my passion for technological innovation and creative problem-solving. My career has been defined by a constant desire to learn, adapt, and innovate, and I believe that this spirit has been crucial to every venture I have undertaken. As Nordom and Moncero's CEO, I have dedicated my career to merging innovative technology and user-friendly solutions.

Statistics show that nearly 20 to 25 percent of new crypto users abandon the process because it is too complicated. So I decided to create Nordom. Rather than relying solely on these outdated methods, I have always believed in the strength of building a genuine, engaged community. At Nordom, we have embraced innovative strategies such as interactive Telegram games, task-based giveaways, and referral programs that incentivize users to become active participants in our ecosystem. This approach not only reduces costs but also fosters long-term loyalty, as community members are more likely to remain engaged and supportive over time. A well-built community can transform a project by creating organic word-of-mouth promotion and providing continuous feedback that helps refine the product.

Every successful project must be designed to solve a real problem. In today’s dynamic market, opportunity is abundant if you can identify a gap that others have overlooked. When I look at my initiatives from a third-party perspective, I feel that my plans came to life because they solve specific difficulties, such as the complexities of crypto trading or the demand for safer and more accessible digital solutions. So, to put it short, in a market rich with untapped opportunities, develop unique solutions that quickly address real challenges.

If you ask Giorgi Shonia, who was beginning his journey, to talk about the interesting and fast-moving challenge he had to face, the advice would be that it is essential to remain flexible and ready to adapt, especially in a field where regulations are evolving. While current regulations may present some constraints, they also drive us to continually improve and refine our practices. The gradual introduction of new rules means that companies must be prepared to update their strategies and operations at any time.
